How to Make an Offer

Thank you for your interest in purchasing a Consolidated Freightways property. If you would like to make an offer on a property other than the Dearborn, MI property, please complete and execute the form Letter of Intent ("LOI"). Once you have completed the LOI form, please return it via e-mail on the buyer's letterhead to cfinfo@cfwy.com. Please also print out a completed LOI, sign and date it, and overnight mail the executed document to:

If you wish to change any part of the form, please make all changes visible by either redlining or blacklining your changes to the document. It is important to note that the material terms of the LOI have been mandated and approved by the necessary parties involved with the Consolidated Freightways bankruptcy proceeding. As a result, any changes to the material terms or conditions contained in the LOI form may negatively impact your ability to purchase the property.
